About Us

Seven Arts Framing was established in 1986 by owner, Chi Sheng Chen. As a custom framing shop, Seven Arts has aimed to provide a level of service that demonstrates quality, care, and attentiveness.

Located in Old City, Philadelphia, Seven Arts has been the go-to framing shop for local residents, artists, businesses and art institutions.

Yufan Chen

Manager

Yufan Chen is the manager of Seven Arts Framing and has been a key figure in the business for ten years. Growing up in his family’s business, Yufan has been immersed in the industry his entire life. His experience and leadership have been instrumental in continuing the legacy of quality and service that Seven Arts is known for.

Ling Li

Framer

Ling Li has been framing with Seven Arts since 2015 and is a truly integral member of the team. Ling specializes in mounting and framing oversized art, textiles, wrapping fabric mats, and woodworking. She also takes on most specialized projects that come through the shop and any project that needs a creative solution.

Noelle Goldcamp

Production Manager, Lead Framer

Noelle Goldcamp joined the Seven Arts team in 2015 and has been a dedicated member ever since. With a BA in Art and Art History from Ursinus College, they are a versatile artist specializing in textiles, collage, and screenprinting. Their creative expertise and passion for art can be seen in the quality of their work at Seven Arts, particularly in the conservation grade hinging technique used to secure each work of art.

Virginia Fleming

General Manager, Framer

Virginia Fleming has been a valued member of the Seven Arts team for six years. With over 20 years of experience in framing, they are also an artist living and working in Philadelphia. Virginia is a graduate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts with a Certificate in printmaking and an MFA. At Seven Arts, they specialize in handling works on canvas, from building stretcher bars to striplining to stretching.

Magda Kubik

Lead Design Consultant

Magda Kubik has been an integral part of Seven Arts for three years. As an accomplished photographer, they bring a keen eye for detail and creative perspective to their work. Magda holds a Bachelor of Science in Photography from the Westphal College of Art and Design at Drexel University, and has a proven track record of bringing clients’ framing dreams to life during design consultations.

Anya Kohan

Design Consultant & Framer

Anya Kohan joined the Seven Arts team in the fall of 2023, bringing with them two years of experience in custom art framing. Prior to their framing career, Anya had worked for several years in arts organizations and galleries across New England. They hold a BA in Art History and Media, Culture & the Arts from Clark University. With a versatile skillset, their work can be found both on the design table and in the back of house at Seven Arts Framing.
